Welcome to withayam, an application that helps you and your housemates manage your household finances, operated by Withayam Ltd. By using the www.withayam.com website (the “web site”) you signify that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions below.
Eligibility & Account Terms
The sole requisite for withayam is a valid and active email address which forms your username, and is used for vital communication between yourself and us. You will be required to register to have access to some content, features and services on the Web Site. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By using the Service or the Web site, you represent and warrant that you agree to and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Withayam may terminate your Membership and/or prohibit you from using or accessing the Service or the Web site for any reason, at any time.
Proper Use
You understand that the Service and the Web site are available for your personal, non-commercial use only. Users are responsible for the content they generate. Withayam takes no responsibility for user generated content. Users are also responsible for the security of their own account information. Withayam reserves the right to terminate any account at any time without notice should the user violate any of the Terms and Conditions. Withayam also has discretion to terminate any account for any reason.
Availability
Withayam makes no guarantees concerning the availability of the withayam service. Downtime is regrettable, but routine maintenance, and technical failure may cause the service to be unavailable for periods of time. Withayam accepts no responsibility for the consequences of downtime on it's users.

Member Disputes
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Withayam Members. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members. We will not get involved with member disputes between house mates and other users.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Withayam, Ltd., its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any claim, action, investigation or proceeding made or instituted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service or the Web site in violation of this Agreement or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Other
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies of the Company posted by us on the Web site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Withayam regarding the use of the Web site and/or the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Withayam relating to your use of the Web site or the Service. The failure of Withayam to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in that or any other instance. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect
